The Rilke SchuleGerman School of Arts & Sciences has an Academic Policy Committee (“APC”), which is the primary governing body designated to oversee and supervise all aspects of the School. Our minutes and agendas are posted at the bottom of this page.
If you have an item you would like to see brought up at an APC meeting, please send a request to the APC Secretary at craffordfamily@gmail.com.
If you have accompanying information please include it as an
attachment. The more time ahead of the meeting you send in the
information, the better the chances the board will have had time to
think about and study your request and thus be prepared and informed
for the meeting. The APC thanks you for taking an active role in the
future of your school.
The APC Regular Meetings will be held on the first Thursday of the month at 5:30 PM at school. The agenda will be posted approximately one week ahead of the meeting. The meetings are open to the public and everyone is invited and encouraged to attend.

Minutes from the APC Meetings are posted here monthly after they are approved by the board, usually at the next regular monthly board meeting.The regular meeting agendas will be posted one week before the meeting. Special meeting agendas will be posted at least 24 hours before the meeting.
